FRAMEWORK COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF BEEKEEPING BETWEEN “COOPERADORA CABAÑA APIARIO BOVER” AND PARODI FOUNDATION
The aim of this agreement is to create the framework which will improve cooperation between both organizations in order to disseminate and promote the development of beekeeping.
Since 1973, “Cabaña Bover” has got a Cooperative Association, formed by beekeepers from General Belgrano, which together with the Ministry of Agro Industry of Buenos Aires, gives benefit to this activity.
They have got an extraction room with newly-developed machinery, production of queen cells, production of selected bees, layout and distribution of the journal Science and Bee, a queen bee breeding course, refresher courses, beekeeping multiplication workshop, selected material distribution, export of queen bees, analysis and clinical diagnosis of diseases and assistance to courses, among other activities.
The Cooperative Association and the Foundation intend to develop all kinds of activities useful as tools for the establishment and development of rural families, promoting and coordinating beekeeping projects in Argentina and worldwide, spreading the activity as a genuine source of income and family lifestyle .
This is an activity coordinated with nature in an unique and special way, respecting the ecosystem.
A joint research work, technical assistance, training, technical advice and all matters related to sustainable growth of beekeeping will be made.
